Customer must accept following Terms and Conditions of Tiktok.com when placing an order and complete payment to receive.
It is your responsibility to provide correct address and contact details of you and your Customer appropriately. Tik Tok is not responsible for a delay in delivery for not showing the address of your customer, delivery date and time properly or wrong information of any order.
We collect information that you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. This information may include the following:
Your name
Your mailing address
Your e-mail address
Your phone number
You Web site / Page link
We only use information to deliver your requested parcels. We do not share your information with third parties for any purposes.
You can modify or delete your personal information anytime and let us know. You can update any of your personal information by choosing which information you would like to update; for example, your address book or reminder service.
Tik Tok is the delivery service provider and we do not produce any of the parcels that we supply. Remember any damaged, broken parcels issues is not Tik Tok’s responsibility. We will disclose the full details of the supplier to your customers.
You have to pay 1% COD (Cash on Delivery) + Delivery Charge as per the weight of the products.
If the first delivery attempt fails Tik Tok will attempt to deliver on the very next day without any additional charges, you must pay for the third attempt and onwards.
Currently we are covering Dhaka metro, Dhaka suburb city area, Barisal metro & Chittagong metro.Dhaka Subarbs areas includes Savar, Ashulia, Keranigonj, Narayangonj, Tongi and Gazipur (within city areas).
Conditional service is available through SA Paribahan, Sundarban and Continental courier Servises, additional COD charge as per SAP/Sundarban/Continental COD Policy.
Prices may be mutually re-adjusted as per requirement.
