We will make Order Fulfillment Delivery method for you as we will pick up and deliver all of your parcels from each company. If a Product/s quality are in question, we will contact the Product/s supplier and organize a replacement. We do not deliver perishable products as cake, flower, food, yogurt items etc.
All the pickup must be finished within 7 P.m. and all the Product/s will be delivered with 24 hours since pick up. Customer has to notify us of any issue about any item or delivery service within 12 hours after the delivery to qualify for refund policy.
Tik Tok is not responsible for Customer’s choice. Delivery charge you must pay if the Customer refuses to accept product/s after reaching his/ her home.
Today’s customers expect an exchange of product/s that they are not satisfied with as quickly as possible. We help transform return processes into convenient customer experiences and that’s why our delivery operations offer the flexibility of exchange of products with new ones at one go, in accordance with exchange policy. In a case of returning any Product/s, Marchant has to take the responsibility of it and Tik Tok will take three days to return of your Product/s.
You have the option at checkout to select time window in a day to select as your delivery time. Tik Tok holds the right to alter delivery time depending on the current situation for any unpleasant scenario such as Flood, Traffic, Hartal etc.
Product/s have to be properly sealed with adequate packaging to prepare for delivery. Parcels not sealed would not qualify for the delivery.
We will contact three times to a particular client if they don't responses we will return your parcels within three working days.
Tik Tok will take all the responsibilities if we lose accidentally, damage to parts of the Product/s during the delivery process. We will 100% compensate and refund the money within 15 to 30 Days.
Once our Delivery men go to deliver your Product/s either inside Dhaka or Outside Dhaka within your given time schedule you must pay the delivery charge. If you let us know for canceling before going to deliver we will not take delivery charge.
