It is Marchant responsibility to provide correct address and contact details of him/her and their customers properly. Tik Tok is not responsible for a delay in delivery, in case of not showing the address of your customer, delivery date and time correctly or any wrong information in order.

How does Tik Tok Courier work?
Tik Tok picks up your product/s from Merchant’s location and we will do the delivery to the customer’s hand.
We follow order fulfillment, delivery method for the Marchant. We pick up your product/s
after informing us via message or phone call and deliver all of your them to your desired customer/s within your given time frame properly.
After receiving payment from your customer/s we arrange your payment immediately via available transaction system in Bangladesh. Although as per your product /s weight and delivery location delivery charge may vary. To know it exactly please follow our Service Page.
What if I need to change the delivery details?
This is not a problem. If there is a change to any of the details of the delivery of your package, then call Customer Services as soon as you can and because we are in constant touch, we can ensure it is delivered to where you want it to go.
The delivery costs will be recalculated and you will be advised at the time of the change.
What kinds of vehicles do you have?
We have access to a range of vehicles to suit most of your demands and requirement. Currently we are using bicycle and motor bike for delivering your product/s.
